49bt Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 49bt platform and all its associated services. 49bt is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the final authoritative version. 49bt reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes as far as practicable. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use 49bt's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account. If a false age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If incorrect or false information is provided, 49bt reserves the right to suspend or close the account. Users must notify the support team immediately of any changes to their information.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one 49bt account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed. Creating multiple accounts on the same device, from the same IP address, or within the same household may be treated as suspicious activity.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 49bt support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

49bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Transactions are only possible through these three methods.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required in some cases for identity verification or security checks. Please ensure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.

3.4 Transaction Accuracy

Users must provide correct payment details. 49bt will not be responsible for failed transactions caused by an incorrect mobile number or account details. All transactions are recorded and our records will be considered final in the event of a dispute.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once. Transferring a bonus to a third party is prohibited. If 49bt finds evidence of misuse or manipulation of promotional offers, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

49bt is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games operate under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: placing bets using automated bots or software; attempting to use fraudulent techniques or hack any system; colluding or coordinating with others against other users; using the platform for money laundering purposes.

5.2 Cancelled and Void Bets

49bt reserves the right to declare bets void if they are affected by a technical error or system failure. The stake of a void bet will be fully refunded. Winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be cancelled.

6. VIP and Rewards Program

49bt's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Tier upgrades are based on user activity and overall participation.

Decisions regarding VIP benefits are made at the sole discretion of 49bt. VIP benefits may be revoked in the event of any account violation.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled — except for certain specific cash-out options.

If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. Results of sporting events will be determined based on official sources or announcements from international sports bodies.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

49bt reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering
• Attempts to harm our systems or other users
• A court order or directive from a legal authority

9. Responsible Gaming

Maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount of the disputed transaction. 49bt will not be liable in any way for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between 49bt and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
